Version 3.8 - UWT-100 and UWT-50
Major Updates:
UWT-100: Improved speed control by preventing throttle from bouncing from 0 to 1, allowing for smoother concise operations.
UWT-50: Improved throttle by adding increment/decrement options to the side buttons of the UWT-50. Enriched throttle yard mode to remember state when powered off/powered on.
Plus a few minor enhancements.
