Questions and Answers regarding Installation work

Question:

I had a customer ask me about the decoder installation for an SW-1. Are you still doing that?  Are you doing any installation work?

 Answer:

We no longer do any installation work. We did a few in the past mostly to gain a knowledge of what to recommend on how to install a decoder in a particular model.  However it seems we just do not have time to do this anymore.  We are now regularly receiving installation pictures from our customers for us to post on the TCS website. That has been working well.
