This is a tender install as there is no room in the boiler to
fit a decoder.
The sides
of the coal bunker must be raised by about 3mm to allow the
decoder to fit comfortably.

| The
piece of bent brass just slides under the plastic mount as the
frame is used to pick up left rail power. |

Place
a small piece of Kapton tape across both contacts, just behind
the front motor mount going from left to right. This is to stop
any shorting between the left and right rail pickups (this is
not shown in the picture
by the way). |
| Add
a small piece of PCB to connect the motor and pickup wires. |

Remove
both brush holders, cut the tabs down and solder the grey and
orange wires to each tab. |
