The DP5X decoder fits under the snap-fit electrical box between the pantographs. Installation is very simple.  Remove the snap-fit cover and the DCC shorting plug.  Install the decoder with the extension plug.  Re- install the snap-fit cover.  You're done! It doesn't get any easier than this!
