Installation of M1
decoder in diesel locomotive BR110 (TT scale) produced by Tillig (Germany).
Description and photos: Krzysztof Czaplicki – Poland
Though the model has not a decoder socket it is DCC ready and installation
doesn’t require any modifications. There is a place for decoder and it should be
simply fitted with two sided tape, after the wires have been soldered to board
plate. I changed values as follows : CV3 – 15, CV4-15, CV57 -20. Running the
loco and programming decoder using Lenz Compact is easy going.
