M4 Four Function Micro Decoder with X series features

This decoder is an excellent choice for installations where space is at a premium but four functions is needed! The M4 has X series features.  Blinking Ditch lights  fade off/on very prototypically and the back and forth blink rate is adjustable to suit your modeling preference! The green and violet wires are used for the third and forth function outputs.
