This photo shows close up detail of front end of circuit board.  Attach the blue decoder wire to the left side (fireman's side) of the 1K dropping resistor  as shown. This resistor is for the voltage drop needed for the Golden white LED.  Attach the white decoder lead to where D4 is marked.  Orange and gray motor leads are attached to pads where the diodes were removed from as shown. Orange to right side (engineers side) of loco gray to left side. 1/4" wide Capton tape is used to hold wires in place.  Notice the trace cuts can still be seen under the yellow Capton tape.
