This photo shows close up detail of where the loco track power leads and the red and black decoder track power pick up wires are soldered to the board. Also notice the orange and gray wires attached to the right of the trace cuts. If the track power leads coming up from the rear truck are crossed from one side to the other, unsolder them and re solder them so that the lead coming from the engineers side attaches to the board on the engineers side and the fireman's side lead attaches to the fireman's side of the board.
