The Issue with 4-Digit Programming.

The Issue: "The information you have on calculating CV17 is not complete. When you divide the 4 digit address by 256 and get the whole number answer, you have to add 192 to that number to get the CV17 number. This is because bits 6 and 7 of the CV17 bit have to always be on. Just putting the whole number answer in from the above division will not work." Solution: All TCS decoders have the first two bits (11) constantly set ( automatically) so adding value 192 will not harm the decoder sequence but it does not need to be added (it is automatically accounted for). If you follow the instruction posted HERE you should program the TCS decoder with no problems.
